Compare the M.A.S.K. Condor Hologram Edition and Mobile Defense Unit on price, timing, and display value to decide which vehicle fits your collection.
Quick answer
Choose the M.A.S.K. Mobile Defense Unit if you want a large, limited-edition centerpiece with four characters and a bold magenta finish. Choose the M.A.S.K. Condor Hologram Edition if you prefer a smaller, lower-priced preorder that ships in Q3 2026 and want to add a hologram variant to your collection. They serve different display and budget goals, so neither is a universal winner.
Price and release timing: what you pay and when it arrives
The Condor Hologram Edition is listed at USD 35.50 (catalog comparison price USD 50.00) and is a preorder that ships in Q3 2026. The Mobile Defense Unit is listed at USD 124.25 (catalog comparison price USD 175.00) and is a limited edition with no preorder ship date in the supplied facts. If you want a lower upfront cost and can wait for a Q3 2026 release, the Condor fits. If you want a larger set now and your budget allows, the Mobile Defense Unit is the bigger commitment.
What you actually get in the box
The Mobile Defense Unit is a high-powered tribute to the original Rhino vehicle, revamped in a magenta finish with classic red and orange striping, and it is paired with four fan-favorite characters, including Scott and T-Bob. The Condor Hologram Edition is a preorder item, and the supplied catalog facts focus on preorder terms rather than vehicle contents or character count. That difference matters: if character count and a specific vehicle tribute drive your purchase, the Mobile Defense Unit gives you more to display. If you are comfortable with a smaller, hologram-themed release and want to secure it early, the Condor is the more accessible entry.
Display and collection fit
The Mobile Defense Unit is a collector-grade release with a bold color scheme, so it works as a focal point on a shelf or in a dedicated M.A.S.K. display. The Condor Hologram Edition is a preorder with limited quantities, and the supplied facts note that preorders are not always fulfilled on a first-come basis, so it suits collectors who want a variant piece and are willing to wait. Neither vehicle is described as interchangeable with the other in scale or contents, so plan shelf space around the larger Mobile Defense Unit if you choose it.
